Terms and Conditions for Punggol Pristine

Welcome to Punggol Pristine. By accessing or using our services, which include yacht exterior detailing, interior cabin cleaning, teak deck restoration, hull polishing, antifouling services, barnacle removal, ceramic coating application, paint correction, gel coat repair, and general marine upkeep, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Punggol Pristine for any marine vessel detailing or maintenance service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Punggol Pristine offers a comprehensive range of marine vessel detailing and upkeep services, including but not limited to:

Specific service details, pricing, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing (e.g., via a service agreement or quotation) before commencement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their vessel is accessible and safe for our technicians to work on. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring the vessel is in a stable location, providing necessary access to utilities (water, electricity) if required, and removing any personal items of value or fragile objects from areas to be serviced. Punggol Pristine is not liable for damage to items not removed prior to service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement or quotation. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Punggol Pristine will exert reasonable care and skill in providing its services. However, Punggol Pristine shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury to the vessel, its contents, or any person arising from or in connection with the services provided, except where such damage, loss, or injury is directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Punggol Pristine or its employees. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Punggol Pristine, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8. Amendments to Terms

Punggol Pristine reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our online platform, and your continued use of our services after such amendments constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
